Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Area Sales Manager role located in Delhi. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing sales operations, and ensuring efficient store performance within the assigned territory. The role includes developing strategies to increase market share, building strong relationships with retail partners, monitoring market trends, and ensuring adherence to company guidelines. The individual will also train and guide the sales team to achieve operational excellence and high performance.

  • Strong Customer Relationship Management and Communication skills

  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment and knowledge of the retail industry
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
