Role Description
The role of an Area Sales Manager at Parker's Consulting & Ventures Pvt. Ltd. requires managing and driving sales initiatives within the assigned territory. The candidate will oversee a team, guide them in achieving targets, monitor market performance, and ensure effective promotion of financial products and services. They will nurture client relationships, coordinate with existing business partners, identify new opportunities, and inspire the team to consistently meet and exceed sales objectives. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat.

- Knowledge of the banking and finance industry or loan distribution is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Surat, Gujarat, with a commitment to achieving organizational goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
