Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves managing sales activities in an assigned geographical area. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role includes team leadership, conducting market analysis, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service through effective communication and prompt responses to client needs.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, customer engagement, and team leadership
- Strong understanding of market analysis, business development, and competitive strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales-related software
- Ability to work independently, lead a team, and meet sales targets
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Experience in the industrial coatings or related sectors is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
