Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Delhi, India. The Area Sales Manager will focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales within the assigned region. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, overseeing the performance of the sales team, conducting market analysis, developing sales strategies, and providing regular reports to management. The role also requires fostering collaboration among teams to achieve business growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including experience in meeting targets and managing accounts
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in market analysis, developing sales strategies, and execution
  • Team leadership and management abilities to oversee and motivate a sales team effectively
  • Knowledge or experience in the healthcare or diagnostic industry is highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to market changes
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
