Role Summary:
As an Area Manager, you will lead a team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to drive SaaS adoption
in your territory. You will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of pipeline, closures, client relationships,
and ensuring that the team hits revenue and site acquisition targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 3-5 BDMs to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Drive sales closures for residential properties
Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and go-live
Strategically penetrate competitor accounts and high-potential societies
Monitor field performance, provide coaching, and improve on-ground efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Ops, Legal)to ensure smooth execution
Conduct weekly reviews and reporting on CRM to track progress and blockers
Maintain strong relationships with RWA/MC members, facility managers, and developers
Requirements:
25 years of experience in field sales, preferably in SaaS or real estate tech.
Minimum 1 year of experience in team handling or mentoring junior sales staff
Strong communication, negotiation, and people management skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a structured environment
Comfortable with ground activations, walk-ins, and on-site demos
Data-driven mindset with working knowledge of CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Self-starter with high ownership and a bias for action
