Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Drive distribution growth and increase market share in the assigned region.
  2. Oversee QR and Sound Box deployment, ensuring product visibility and accountability.
  3. Recruit and align sales teams to drive business in the market.
  4. Plan market size, span, and geographies for TLs and FSEs.

Job Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in sales and distribution management.
  2. Strong background in recruitment and managing sales teams.
  3. Experience in sales planning and achieving market targets.
  4. Graduate or higher education (Post Graduation preferred).
