Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for an Area Sales Manager located in Guntur. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales activities in the assigned region, develop and maintain relationships with key customers, and drive the achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include planning and implementing sales strategies, coordinating with team members, providing feedback to management, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and customer relationship management
  • Strong skills in Team Leadership, Performance Management, and Training for sales teams
  • Demonstrated ability in Market Research, Competitor Analysis, and Strategic Planning
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of the agriculture industry and experience working with agricultural products is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field
