Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and highly driven Area Sales Manager to spearhead sales growth across the Karnataka State. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring business objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market presence within the assigned region.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and gather competitive intelligence.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Monitor sales performance, track market trends, and report on competitor activities.
  • Work collaboratively with various internal teams to align and support sales initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales management, with a preference for candidates from the mattress industry.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and demonstrated skill in team management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or MBA, ideally in Marketing or a related field.
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor analysis.
  • Familiarity with sales forecasting and effective pipeline management.
