Role Description

Develop sales strategies, build customer relationships, and analyze market trends to drive sales growth and profitability.

Duties

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners (distributors, dealers, retailers) to expand market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews of channel partners and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Regional/National Sales Manager.
  • Train channel partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
  • Coordinate with channel partners to ensure adequate inventory levels and timely product availability.
  • Maintain accurate records of channel partner activities and sales data.
  • Travel within the assigned territory as required.

Qualification

  • Diploma/B tech Electronics/ Any degree/ PG
  • Expertise in Territory Management, Sales Planning & Forecasting & Competitive Market Analysis
  • Minimum of 3-4 years experience in field of Inverter, battery or Ups
  • Expertise to develop channel sales and appoint new distributors or dealers in market

Work Location : Bangalore

Salary Range : 35,000- 45,000 per month
