Key Responsibilities
- Drive project sales growth across the Gurgaon region through strong engagement with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and project consultants.
- Develop and execute an influencer-led project sales strategy to increase brand specification and conversion in residential and commercial projects.
- Conduct product presentations, mock-ups, and technical demos at architect offices, design studios, developer offices, and project sites.
- Identify, track, and convert project-based opportunities from early design stages to final execution.
- Coordinate closely with channel partners, dealers, and the supply chain team to ensure seamless execution of bulk and project orders.
- Manage the project sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends, and market dynamics within the premium bath ware and sanitary segment.
- Represent Kerovit at industry events, exhibitions, trade shows, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility.
Key Requirements:
- Experience: 35 years of experience in Project Sales / B2B Sales, preferably in bath fittings, sanitary ware, building materials, tiles, or interior products.
- Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Gurgaon real estate and project ecosystem with an existing influencer network.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
