Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Area Sales Manager based in Delhi, Punjab, Raipur, Nagpur. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to meet sales targets in the assigned region. The role involves generating leads, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and staying updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, and business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of medical devices, healthcare products, or neonatal and maternal-care equipment is a plus
• Analytical and strategic thinking with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
• Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and other sales software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region
