Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Navi Mumbai. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, leading a team of sales representatives, setting and achieving sales targets, developing strategies to increase market share, and nurturing client relationships. The role involves regular field visits and interaction with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven experience in B2B sales management and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
  • Knowledge of the local market and customers needs in Navi Mumbai
  • Willingness to travel regularly for field visits
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the technology or service industry is a plus
