Area Sales Manager - B2B Sales - Ticketing
Location: Mumbai, Pune, Nagpur, Jaipur, Indore, Goa and Bhopal
Experience in B2B Sales (Travel Management Domain Essential)
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective B2B sales plans to achieve targets for Air, Rail, and Bus ticketing services.
- Business Development: Identify and acquire new business, focusing on corporate clients, travel agencies, and distribution partners within the assigned territory.
- Client Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, negotiate, close agreements, and cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key clients.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts (daily/monthly), and performance analyses for management.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to company standards, sales policies, and quality guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Disposition: Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and travel extensively as required.
