Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Kollam, Kerala, India. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned region. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing relationships with clients and partners, monitoring market trends, achieving revenue targets, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction. The role may also include preparing sales reports, training sales staff, and identifying opportunities for market expansion.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to achieve and exceed targets
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills to build and maintain client partnerships
  • Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities to develop effective sales strategies
  • Leadership and team management skills to guide and motivate sales teams
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends and generating data-driven insights
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in Solar Sales or a related field, especially in managing a specific region or area
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
  • Passion for achieving excellent customer satisfaction and business success
