- 35 years of field sales experience in Diagnostics / Healthcare / Pharma
- Strong networking + local market understanding
- Excellent communication
- Comfortable with extensive field travel
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive sales for Diagnostics & HCS portfolio across assigned territories
- Doctor Contact Program: Regular doctor visits & relationship management
- Community Activations: Execute activities in Parks, RWAs, Gyms for lead generation
- Local Tie-Ups: Build partnerships with pharmacies, restaurants, and neighborhood outlets
- Achieving monthly revenue targets and managing field activities
- Identify new market opportunities and maintain CRM updates
