We are seeking a results-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee our sales operations in the emerging corporates segment in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the emerging corporates segment.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitors.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 4-8 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in B2B or corporate sales.
  • Strong understanding of the corporate market and emerging businesses in India.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
