Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kochi for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing operational sales plans, achieving sales targets, and managing and expanding customer relationships. Key responsibilities include overseeing sales performance, leading and training sales teams, identifying new business opportunities, providing market insights to senior management, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Exceptional leadership, team management, and training skills to inspire and guide sales teams effectively.
• Proficiency in customer relationship management, market analysis, and trend identification.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for client engagement and collaboration.
• Ability to develop strategic sales plans and achieve organizational objectives.
• Prior experience in a sales management or related role is highly desirable.
• A proven track record of meeting sales goals and building client relationships in a competitive market.
• Relevant university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
