Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Kochi. The role includes achieving sales targets, managing and driving the performance of sales teams, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The Area Sales Manager will also implement marketing strategies, analyze sales data, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization in the designated region.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and achieving sales targets
  • Proficiency in Marketing, Customer Relationship Management, and Client Acquisition
  • Ability to analyze sales data, monitor market trends, and implement effective strategies
  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, and Team Management skills
  • Experience in the FMCG or Top Beverages industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to work on-site in Kochi and travel within the designated territory preferable candidate will handle ROTN Major Key towns.
