Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kochi for an Area Sales Manager. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves identifying new opportunities, developing action plans to expand market share, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and problem resolution.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including market analysis and lead generation.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team, with leadership and mentoring experience.
- Excellent client relationship management and customer service skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital tools for sales operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in managing sales within a competitive market is preferred.
