Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM) - General Industrial Business
Location: Faridabad, Haryana
Industry: Paints, Specialty Chemicals, Liquid Business.
Qualification:
- BE Chemical, BE in Paints/Polymer, MBA, or relevant qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B and B2C sales for the paints and specialty chemicals division.
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and enhance market penetration.
- Lead and supervise a team, ensuring high performance and achieving targets.
- Build a strong understanding of market trends and competitors.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, product development, etc.) to meet customer requirements.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C markets.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in B2B and B2C sales within the paints or specialty chemicals sector.
- Proven track record of team handling and leadership.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Experience in managing key accounts and driving growth.
