We are looking for a high-impact leader to drive our 3P (Third-Party) business across marketplaces and quick commerce platforms, owning end-to-end revenue, profitability, and growth strategy. The role will manage key platforms such as Myntra, Amazon, Nykaa, Tata, Ajio along with quick commerce players like Blinkit, Myntra-Now, Zepto, Instamart etc.
The candidate will be responsible for scaling the business to ₹40 Cr+ on marketplaces and ₹25 Cr+ on quick commerce, while improving margins, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Ownership & Revenue Growth
- Own P&L and drive end-to-end revenue growth across marketplaces and quick commerce
- Deliver ₹40 Cr+ annual revenue from marketplaces and ₹25 Cr+ from quick commerce
- Build monthly, quarterly, and annual growth plans with clear KPIs
- Identify new growth levers across pricing, assortment, and visibility
2. Channel Expansion & New Launches
- Lead onboarding and scaling of new marketplaces and quick commerce platforms
- Explore and launch on international marketplaces (US, Middle East, Europe, Southeast Asia, etc.)
- Drive go-to-market strategy for new channels including catalog, pricing, and inventory
3. Marketplace Management
- Manage day-to-day operations across platforms including:
- Cataloguing & listing hygiene
- Category growth strategy
- Pricing & discounting
- Inventory planning & replenishment
- Work closely with platform account managers to unlock growth opportunities
4. Advertising & Visibility
- Plan and execute performance marketing on platforms:
- Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD)
- Myntra & Flipkart ads
- Quick commerce visibility spends
- Optimize ROAS, TACOS, and conversion rates
- Scale high-performing SKUs through data-driven ad strategies
5. Content & Conversion Optimization
- Own A+ Content, brand stores, and product detail pages
- Improve conversion rates through content, imagery, and reviews
- Ensure strong brand storytelling across all platforms
6. Returns & Claims Optimization
- Drive reduction in return rates through:
- Better product descriptions & images
- Quality control and packaging improvements
- Handle and optimize:
- SPF (Seller Protection Fund) claims
- Platform disputes and reimbursements
- Improve net realization and reduce leakage
7. Quick Commerce Excellence
- Manage assortment and availability for high-frequency consumption
- Optimize:
- Fill rates
- Dark store inventory
- Listing visibility and ranking
- Work on fast-moving SKU strategy and demand planning
8. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report key metrics:
- GMV, Net Revenue, Contribution Margin
- Conversion rate, CAC, ROAS
- Return %, cancellation %, fill rate
- Derive actionable insights and drive continuous improvement
9. Stakeholder & Team Management
- Collaborate with:
- Supply chain, catalog, marketing, and finance teams
- Manage and mentor internal teams/agencies for execution excellence
Key Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in e-commerce / D2C / marketplace business
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart and quick commerce platforms
- Proven track record of scaling ₹30–50 Cr+ business
- Deep understanding of:
- Marketplace algorithms & ads
- Pricing and discounting strategies
- Cataloging and content optimization
- Experience with international marketplace expansion is a strong plus
- Strong analytical mindset and ownership-driven approach
