Experience: 34 years (FMCG / Pet Care / Pharma / OTC preferred)
What You'll Do
- Drive primary & secondary sales for the assigned area
- Lead, coach, and manage Sales Officers / Field Sales Executives
- Appoint & manage distributors and key accounts
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Ensure strong product availability, visibility & execution in the market
- Execute sales plans, schemes, and new product launches
- Track competition, pricing, and market trends
- Ensure timely collections and adherence to credit norms
- Monitor beat plans, travel plans & daily reporting
- Conduct regular joint market visits and team reviews
What We're Looking For
- 34 years of field sales experience in FMCG / Pet Care / Pharma
- Proven experience in team handling & distributor management
- Strong execution skills with a target-driven mindset
- Excellent communication & relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable with extensive market travel
- High ownership, discipline, and result orientation
