Zonal Sales manager Mid-Market & Enterprise

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Zonal Sales Manager to drive business growth in the mid-market and enterprise segments. The role involves on-ground sales activities, managing the complete sales cycle, and building long-term relationships with key customers for Bonvoice's cloud communication solutions.

The right candidate should have

25 years of experience in B2B field sales.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Prior experience in SaaS, Telecom, or IT Solutions is preferred.

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with extensive field work.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, prospect, and onboard mid-market and enterprise customers.

Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and market outreach.

Present and sell Bonvoice's Cloud Telephony, Smart IVR, and Communication Automation solutions.

Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.

Understand customer requirements and propose customized solutions in coordination with internal teams.

Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to support campaigns and solution positioning.

Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.

Achieve assigned revenue targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Ensure customer satisfaction and support account growth post-closure.
