Role Description

We are seeking an Area Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing distributor networks, and building strong relationships with stakeholders. The role includes overseeing sales performance, analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring execution of effective distribution plans. This role requires extensive collaboration with distributors and other partners to achieve sales goals and expand market presence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales Management, Distributor Relationship Management, and Market Expansion
• Strong skills in Strategic Planning, Sales Strategy, and Performance Analysis
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Stakeholder Engagement skills
• Ability to identify market trends and opportunities to drive business growth
• Results-oriented mindset with problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
• Familiarity with Distribution networks and Sales regulatory compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Proficiency in CRM software or sales tracking tools is a plus
• Experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry is advantageous
