We are hiring an experienced sales leader to drive the branch in Bangalore. The role involves managing MPs & APs, ensuring business growth, advisor activation, and income enhancement while building a strong sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own performance of MPs & APs and location budgets.
  • Recruit & develop quality Full-Time APs from market.
  • Coach & mentor APs/MPs on sales, management & career growth.
  • Ensure APs & LAs exceed income benchmarks.
  • Drive Rookie AP induction, training & re-activation.
  • Organize recruitment drives, promotional events & customer meets.
  • Grow advisor participation in Conventions, MDRT & R&R.
  • Ensure branch compliance & desired product mix.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with 2-5 years of sales experience (life insurance preferred).
  • Strong leadership, networking & people management skills.
