Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area for an Area Sales Manager. The role involves driving sales efforts, managing client accounts, developing strategies to meet sales targets, conducting market analysis, and fostering strong customer relationships. Responsibilities also include identifying new sales opportunities, coordinating with system integrators, and ensuring smooth execution of projects while maintaining compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, client negotiation, and account management
• Market Analysis and Strategy Development skills for identifying growth opportunities and designing targeted sales plans
• Strong Communication, Relationship-Building, and Presentation skills to effectively engage clients and stakeholders
• Project Coordination and Execution skills for seamless collaboration with team members and partners
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the Fire Alarm, Life Safety, or Electronics sector is advantageous
