Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales of microsurgery product portfolio including Neuro, ENT, and Spine products.
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain profitable sales growth within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
  • Implement marketing strategies based on the 4Ps of Marketing (Product, Price, Promotion, Place).
  • Identify growth opportunities and execute market expansion strategies.
  • Support new product launches and ensure successful market penetration.
  • Gather competitive intelligence and Voice of Customer (VOC) insights to improve sales strategy.
  • Develop and utilize sales tools and product demonstrations to support selling efforts.
  • Monitor business performance including product mix, volumes, pricing, and profitability.
