This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, based in Asansol. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and develop strategies to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include managing a team of sales personnel, monitoring market trends, creating actionable sales reports, and identifying new business opportunities in the area. The role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth effectively.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Understanding of market analysis and strategic planning

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
