Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Siliguri. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing strategies to achieve sales targets, conducting market research to identify new opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing property listings, driving lead generation, and preparing sales reports to support business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills
  • Proficiency in market research, lead generation, and strategic planning
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of real estate sales processes and property management
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proven team leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the real estate sector or a sales management role is highly beneficial
