Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Unchahara. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned territory, develop robust sales strategies, and ensure the achievement of sales targets. Daily responsibilities include managing a sales team, building strong customer relationships, monitoring market trends, and identifying opportunities for growth. Efficient resource allocation and reporting key performance metrics to stakeholders are also key components of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales and Account Management within the food production or related industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and meet sales targets effectively
  • Proficient in market analysis, trend identification, and competitor research
  • Leadership experience in managing and motivating a sales team
  • Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficiency in standard business and sales software tools, such as CRM systems
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Understanding of the local market and willingness to work on-site in Unchahara
