Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, India. The Area Sales Manager will strategize and execute sales plans to promote Extramarks educational products and services in the assigned territory. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying prospective customers, building relationships with schools and educational institutions, meeting sales targets, leading and mentoring a team, and ensuring effective communication between clients and the company to address their needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Territory Management
  • Strong Communication, Relationship Management, and Networking Skills
  • Ability to Lead Teams and drive results effectively
  • Proficient in Market Research and Data Analysis
  • Knowledge of educational technology solutions and familiarity with the education industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a goal-oriented mindset
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role
