Role Description

We are looking for an Area Sales Manager to lead and execute sales strategies in Jharkhand, India. This is a full-time, on-site role that will involve managing a sales team, driving customer acquisition, and achieving sales targets. The role comprises developing relationships with local businesses, generating leads, conducting market research, and ensuring effective implementation of airpay's solutions in the region while maintaining compliance with company standards and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Customer Relationship Management, Client Engagement, and Negotiation skills
  • Expertise in Sales Planning, Market Analysis, and Business Development strategies
  • Capability in Team Management, Goal Setting, and Performance Monitoring
  • Understanding of Financial Services and Payment Solutions, including industry trends
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support decision-making
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a sales or management role within the payments or financial services industry is a plus
