Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager based in Kochi. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market analysis, managing a sales team, and achieving or exceeding sales targets. The role also requires collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Sales Management, Account Management, and Market Analysis
  • Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Business Development
  • Proficiency in Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team effectively
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills in challenging sales environments
  • Familiarity with Aluminium Engineering and Fabrication is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field preferred
  • Willingness to travel within the region for client meetings and sales opportunities
