Eligibility CriteriaMinimum Work Experience:
- Minimum3 years post-qualificationexperience in sales (Agri, Hi-Tech Farming, Infrastructure, or B2B preferred)
Minimum Education Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field
- Master's degree (MBA/PGDM) preferred
Certification / Training (Preferred):
- Any sales, agribusiness, marketing, or leadership certifications will be an added advantage
Role ObjectiveAs anArea Sales Manager Punjab & Haryana, you will work closely with theDirectors of the Companyto drive sales execution, territory management, and market expansion for Agriplast North's hi-tech farming solutions. The role demands strong leadership, market understanding, and relationship-building skills to grow revenue and brand presence across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities & Functions- Execute sales strategies and action plans defined by the Directors to achieve regional targets.
- Manage and grow the assigned territory across Punjab & Haryana, ensuring consistent pipeline development.
- Drive sales activities includingprospecting, client meetings, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships withfarmers, channel partners, distributors, consultants, and institutional clients.
- Conduct regular field visits to existing and prospective customers to understand requirements and deliver customized solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and share actionable insights with leadership.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely support, coordination, and follow-ups.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present periodic reports to the Directors covering sales performance, pipeline status, achievements, and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams includingMarketing, Technical, Project, and Customer Supportto align sales efforts with business goals.
