Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and enhancing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the designated region. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, maintaining long-term partnerships, analyzing market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams to align business goals and deliver solutions that address customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Territory Management
  • Strong Customer Relationship Management and Account Management skills
  • Knowledge in Market Analysis and Trend Identification
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to achieve targets and work in a performance-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software is a plus
  • Prior experience in the laminates or interior design industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
