Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position for an Area Sales Manager, based in Kochi. The Area Sales Manager will oversee sales operations within the assigned region, manage and support a team of sales representatives, and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales Management and Business Development
- Strong skills in Client Relationship Management and Negotiation
- Analytical abilities to track market trends, develop strategies, and achieve sales targets
- Leadership and team management experience, with a focus on motivating and mentoring team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; relevant experience in the building materials industry is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Availability to travel as needed within the assigned region
Salary: 20k-25k
