Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Government & Institutional Project Sales

  • Identify and pursue government, PSU, and institutional project opportunities
  • Track tenders, EOI, RFQ, and RFP through portals (GeM, state e-tender portals, etc.)
  • Coordinate tender documentation, pricing inputs, and submission processes
  • Liaise with government officials, consultants, and nodal agencies

B2B & Corporate Sales

  • Develop B2B business with corporates, EPC contractors, system integrators, and infrastructure companies
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Handle technicalcommercial discussions in coordination with engineering teams

Project Coordination & Closure

  • Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, design, procurement, finance, and execution)
  • Support project costing, BOQ preparation, and commercial negotiations
  • Ensure smooth handover from sales to project execution teams

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Analyze sector-wise opportunities (energy, automation, IT, infrastructure, smart solutions, etc.)
  • Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and policy changes
  • Prepare area-specific project sales strategies and forecasts

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage relationships with consultants, architects, PMCs, and decision authorities
  • Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and technical presentations
  • Resolve client queries and support contract finalization

Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate CRM updates for leads, tenders, and project status
  • Submit weekly/monthly pipeline, tender, and revenue reports
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and government procurement norms
