Sales Consultant - BD - Car Dealership - Premium Cars

Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Consultant handling Business Development who is a Hardcore Sales Runner. This is a high-energy field role focused on aggressive market penetration, lead generation, and direct sales execution. You will be the face of the company on the ground, converting prospects into loyal customers through relentless pursuit and exceptional persuasion.

Key Responsibilities

·      Market Mapping: Conduct daily field visits to identify potential customers and untapped market segments within the Chennai region.

·      Lead Generation: Execute cold-calling and door-to-door prospecting to build a robust sales pipeline.

·      Product Demonstration: Present and demonstrate automotive products to potential buyers, highlighting key value propositions and technical superiority.

·      Sales Conversion: Negotiate and close deals effectively to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

·      Customer Relationship Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to final delivery and post-sales follow-ups.

·      Reporting: Provide daily updates on field activities, customer feedback, and competitor movements to the Sales Manager.

Candidate Profile

·      Education: Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

·      Experience: 2–8 years of proven experience in field sales or business development.

·      Personal Attributes: High endurance for field work, resilient never-say-die attitude, and a strong drive for incentives.

·      Communication: Fluency in Tamil and English to effectively communicate with diverse customer profiles in Chennai.

·      Availability: 9:30 am to 7.30 and must be comfortable with extensive local travel and working flexible hours based on customer appointments and sales demand.
