Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive LAP sales through the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) channel and achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Manage and expand a network of DSAs, ensuring consistent business generation
- Handle loan cases within ticket sizes ranging from 25 Lakhs to 3 Crores
- Structure deals within the interest rate range of 11% – 14% as per company policy
- Evaluate customer profiles, property documents, and ensure eligibility criteria are met
- Monitor LTV (Loan-to-Value) for both residential and commercial properties
- Maintain strong relationships with DSAs, clients, and internal credit/operations teams
- Track performance, disbursements, and pipeline to meet business goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation standards, and regulatory norms
- (If applicable) Lead, train, and manage a sales team to improve productivity
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in LAP sales through DSA channel
- Proven track record of handling ticket sizes between 25L – 3Cr
- Experience in managing interest rate ranges (11% – 14%)
- Strong understanding of LTV for residential & commercial properties
- Ability to consistently achieve sales targets and earn incentives
- Experience in managing specific locations/territories
- Prior experience in handling or mentoring a sales team (preferred)
- Good knowledge of lending processes, documentation, and credit policies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
