Area HR Lead

We at Reliance Jio are currently hiring for open position of Area HR Lead

Requirements

Experience: 7 to 12 Years

Qualification: Master's degree or post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management

Job Description:

1. Ensure basic HR Hygiene and support IR team in compliance issues.
2. Drive HR operations to ensure a seamless employee experience.
3. Manage and monitor end to end employee lifecycle of the employees.
4. Ensure regular cadence and accountability of HR KPIs and initiatives.
5. Drive performance management and rewards for the employees
6. Conduct employee retention plan in the defined geography.
7. Execute and monitor employee engagement initiatives within allocated budget.
8. Identify high performing employees and help with career progression opportunities.
9. Build talent pool for all critical roles by market mapping and internal talent identification.
10. Visit Jio centres and Jio points to understand operation related challenges and help with solutions.
11. Handle recruitment at area through effective source mix, defined TAT, and quality parameters
