Offshore Project Manager

Experience: 15+ Years

Work Location: Offshore Remote (Flexible to work US Central Time Zone)

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Offshore Project Manager with over 15 years of project management experience to lead and deliver complex technology initiatives for US-based clients. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, PMP certification, and proven ability to manage end-to-end project delivery while resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction. Experience in the Healthcare domain is highly preferred.

  • Key Responsibilities Own and manage end-to-end project delivery, from initiation and planning through execution, release, and closure.
  • Act as the primary offshore point of contact for US clients, ensuring strong communication, transparency, and alignment.
  • Flexibly support project needs by working in US Central Time (CST) or overlapping hours as required.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including developers, QA, data, and DevOps resources to meet delivery goals.
  • Implement and drive Agile project management practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Monitor and manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and quality metrics.
  • Proactively identify delivery risks and help resolve team and technical issues, removing roadblocks to keep projects on track.
  • Ensure accurate project tracking, reporting, and documentation using tools such as JIRA and related Agile management tools.
  • Collaborate closely with client stakeholders, product owners, and leadership to manage expectations and escalate issues when needed.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen delivery processes and team performance.

  • Required Skills & Experience15+ years of overall experience in Project Management, with a strong focus on technology and delivery management.
  • PMP certification (mandatory).
  • Strong hands-on experience working in Agile / Scrum methodologies in a delivery leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing end-to-end project delivery for complex, multi-team initiatives.
  • Experience working with US-based clients, including stakeholder management and client governance.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Hands-on experience using JIRA for Agile project tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast‐paced delivery environment.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work in US Central Time Zone.

  • Preferred (Good to Have)Prior experience working in the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical domain.
  • Experience managing offshore-onshore delivery models.
  • Familiarity with regulated environments and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Exposure to large-scale digital transformation or enterprise application programs.

  • EducationBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • PMP certification is mandatory; Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
