Key Responsibility: -
- The role involves driving sales for evacuated blood collection tubes, blood collection needles with flashback, and ESR pipettes within the assigned state.
- Accountable for achieving regional revenue and profitability targets across all customer segments.
- Identify, establish, and manage multiple business channels, including distributors and direct sales.
- Plan, track, and oversee sales activities, and take corrective measures when needed to meet targets.
- Collaborate closely with the Key Account team to identify and develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Recognize market expansion opportunities and work towards increasing volume growth, profitability, and market share among assigned clients.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with purchasing authorities and distributors/dealers to ensure smooth product supply and inventory movement.
- Maintain structured and consistent engagement between the company and key accounts.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Pharma, Science, or Medical Laboratory Technology.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Business Management from a recognized B-school.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the diagnostics industry, preferably in consumables, kits, or instruments.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Goal-driven, well-organized, and a collaborative team player.
- Solid business understanding with the ability to negotiate pricing and handle commercial discussions.
- Proficient in building and maintaining relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders, including doctors, KOLs, paramedical staff, lab personnel, procurement teams, distributors, dealers, peers, and senior management.
