Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client requirements and pain points
  • Schedule and support product demonstrations for prospective customers
  • Manage and nurture the sales pipeline to ensure consistent conversions
  • Coordinate with field sales and account management teams for deal closures
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Follow up on inbound inquiries and marketing-qualified leads
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and activity targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology sales preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in legal-tech, compliance, or enterprise software sales
  • MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
