Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels
- Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client requirements and pain points
- Schedule and support product demonstrations for prospective customers
- Manage and nurture the sales pipeline to ensure consistent conversions
- Coordinate with field sales and account management teams for deal closures
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems
- Follow up on inbound inquiries and marketing-qualified leads
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and activity targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4–6 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, or technology sales preferred
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in legal-tech, compliance, or enterprise software sales
- MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
