Perform functional, regression, system, and integration testing for Salesforce implementations.
Validate Salesforce configurations such as Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Flows, Profiles, Permission Sets, and Record Types.
Test Salesforce features across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules.
Validate customizations developed using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
Prepare test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on functional requirements and user stories.
Execute manual test cases and document results in test management tools.
Perform regression testing during releases and deployments.
Test integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
Validate data synchronization between Salesforce and third-party systems such as ERP, eCommerce platforms, or payment systems.
Perform data validation using SOQL queries and Salesforce reports.
Validate data migration and ETL processes where applicable.
Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar issue tracking systems.
Collaborate with developers to reproduce, analyze, and resolve defects.
Participate in UAT support and release validation.
Validate deployments across Sandbox, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
Support CI/CD testing processes where implemented.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and user stories.
Participate in requirement grooming sessions and ensure acceptance criteria are well-defined and testable.
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure requirement clarity and alignment.
Review and validate business requirements for completeness, feasibility, and testability.
Prepare BRD, FRD, and other functional documentation as required.
Ensure traceability between requirements, test cases, and delivered functionality.
Use AI-powered tools for requirement analysis, test case and data generation, test optimization, and AI-assisted defect analysis to improve quality and resolution time.
Ensure delivery with a focus on speed, clarity, and quality by effectively leveraging AI support.
Actively adopt AI-driven practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Passion for quality and testing.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Salesforce QA (testing), AND have a Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification.
Hands-on in testing Sales Cloud or Service Cloud functionalities.
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and configuration.
Knowledge of Salesforce standard and custom objects, validation rules, and automation using Salesforce Flow.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Experience using bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
Familiarity with AI prompt writing and the use of AI tools to support productivity improvement.
