Architect

Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Gurugram. The Architect will collaborate with internal BIM teams and external stakeholders to develop architectural concepts, detailed designs, and coordinated BIM models for building and infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include preparing drawings and documentation, reviewing and refining designs for functionality, aesthetics, and compliance, and contributing to BIM-driven workflows and standards. The role involves coordinating with structural, MEP, and interiors teams, supporting design reviews and audits, and integrating client feedback throughout the project lifecycle. The Architect will also help optimize project delivery by aligning design solutions with digital tools, project schedules, and quality benchmarks.

Qualifications:

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience across concept, schematic, and detailed design stages.
• Experience in Project Management, including planning, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, and delivery within timelines and quality standards.
• Familiarity with Software Development and Integration concepts as they relate to BIM platforms, workflows, and data exchange is an advantage.
• Proficiency with BIM and architectural design tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or similar) and understanding of 3D/4D/5D workflows.
• Knowledge of building codes, standards, and best practices for architecture and construction.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, global project environment.
• Prior experience in an AEC, BIM, or design consulting environment is preferred.

Qualifications:

• M.Arch/B.Arch/Diploma Architecture
• 1.5-7+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks
