Key Requirements & Responsibilities
- Model & Drawing Development:
- Develop, update, and review Revit models and CAD drawings under the guidance of the Project Lead, ensuring accurate interpretation and integration of design intent across disciplines.
- Documentation:
- Prepare, manage, and revise comprehensive architectural documentation including plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings in accordance with project stages such as SD, DD, IFC, and GFC, while maintaining compliance with established standards.
- Project Execution:
- Deliver well-coordinated design and construction documentation, including preparation of specifications, tender documentation, and construction-stage deliverables.
- Presentation & Visualization:
- Produce high-quality 2D and 3D presentations, BIM models, rendered views, and conceptual sketches to effectively communicate design intent and support client presentations.
- Software Proficiency:
- Demonstrate strong working proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Dynamo, and visualization tools such as Lumion, along with practical experience in Common Data Environments (CDE) and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) workflows.
- Construction Knowledge:
- Possess sound technical understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and detailing practices to support design development and coordination.
- Standards & Regulations:
- Exhibit strong knowledge of applicable building codes, regulations, and international standards, ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
