Role Overview

This is a hands-on design + BIM execution role supporting Senior Architects on US-based

projects.

You will be responsible for developing BIM models, drawings, and documentation while

contributing to design execution under guidance.

This role is not suitable for candidates focused only on coordination, clash detection, or

model management without active modelling involvement.

Core Expectations

You actively develop models and drawings yourself (minimum 50% hands-on contribution)

You understand architectural drawings and are able to translate them into accurate BIM

outputs

You support design execution through detailed modelling and documentation

You are comfortable working on international (preferably US-based) projects

Key Responsibilities

1. Design Development Support

Work with Senior Architects to translate design concepts into BIM models and drawings

Assist in developing detailed architectural solutions through modelling and documentation

Support design detailing and execution with accuracy

2. Hands-On BIM Modelling & Documentation

Develop Revit models, drawings, and documentation sets independently

Produce construction drawings, detailed plans, sections, and elevations

Ensure model accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project standards

3. BIM Execution & Delivery Support

Execute day-to-day BIM modelling tasks across projects

Maintain quality and consistency across deliverables

Follow BIM standards, workflows, and timelines

4. Multidisciplinary Integration

Work with architectural, structural, and MEP inputs to develop coordinated models

Resolve basic design and modelling conflicts during execution

Ensure drawings are aligned with overall design intent

5. US Code Awareness (Preferred)

Basic understanding of US building codes such as IBC / ADA is preferred

Support incorporation of code-related requirements into drawings

6. Tools & Digital Workflows

Work extensively in Revit (mandatory)

Use tools like AutoCAD, Navisworks, and visualization tools where required

Support model development using BIM workflows and standards

Required Profile

4–8 years of experience in BIM Architecture

Strong hands-on experience in Revit modelling and documentation (mandatory)

Ability to develop construction drawings independently

Understanding of architectural detailing and execution

Exposure to US or international projects preferred

Not a pure BIM Coordinator role

Not limited to clash detection or reporting

Not a review-only or management role
