Role Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect with strong expertise in 3D architectural visualisation and rendering. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating concepts, floor plans, and design briefs into highly realistic 3D renders, walkthroughs, and presentation-ready visual content.
This role requires a blend of architectural knowledge, design sensibility, and technical proficiency in industry-standard visualisation tools to create compelling representations of residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
A) 3D Visualisation & Rendering (Primary Responsibility):
- Create high-quality photorealistic 3D renders for residential and interior projects.
- Develop exterior and interior visualizations showcasing materials, lighting, landscaping, and spatial experiences.
- Produce architectural walkthroughs, flythroughs, and animated presentations.
- Convert 2D CAD drawings into accurate 3D models.
- Create multiple design options and visualisation concepts for client presentations.
- Generate immersive visual content for marketing, sales, and digital platforms.
- Apply realistic textures, materials, lighting, and environmental effects.
- Optimize render quality while maintaining efficient turnaround times.
- Create AI-assisted architectural visualizations where applicable.
B) Architectural Design:
- Develop conceptual and detailed architectural designs.
- Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and design presentations.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes and regulations.
- Assist in design development from concept to execution stage.
C) Presentation & Client Support:
- Prepare project presentations, brochures, and visual communication materials.
- Participate in client meetings and explain design concepts.
- Support sales and business development teams with presentation-ready graphics.
- Incorporate client feedback into design outputs.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognised institution.
Experience:
- Min 2 years of architectural design experience.
- Min 2 years of hands-on experience in architectural rendering and visualisation.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating photorealistic exterior and interior renders.
