Architect

Role Overview

The Architect will support the design team across concept development, drafting, visualisation, and on-site coordination. This is a hands-on role designed to build real-world exposure to studio workflows and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing design documentation, including plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings.

• Support coordination with consultants, contractors, and vendors.

• Participate in internal and external project meetings.

• Conduct site visits and assist with on-site documentation and issue tracking.

• Support the senior team in resolving design challenges.

• Prepare presentation material including 2D layouts, 3D views, and render support.

• Maintain awareness of industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Architecture (current student or recent graduate)

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp/Rhino, and InDesign

• Familiarity with any rendering software is a plus, LUMION preferred

• Strong creative thinking and communication skills

• Ability to organise workstreams and deliver on timelines
