Design Engineer

Software Skills:

• Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Qualification: Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering (DME/ME)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design parts and components for conveyor systems using SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
2. Collaborate with the shop floor team to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
3. Coordinate with external labor teams to execute designs accurately.
4. Assist in sourcing items from factory stock and maintaining inventory records.
5. Prepare detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQs) for projects.
6. Ensure quality checks for designs and finished components.
7. Maintain design documentation and provide progress reports to management.
